Has some stand-out advanced options such as custom domain names and email open tracking
Interface is functional but some important options require multiple clicks to access
Cons
Interface does not always do a good job managing the complexity of the software (but the documentation is good)
No ability to pipe panel data (display respondent data in questions)
A few bugs detracted from the overall score (could not import CSV of respondent data, question drag-and-drop was buggy, mobile theme did not work)
